What better then surprising your family and friends with getting married!  Amber and Marcus’s sweet baby girl Chelsea was turning 1 so they planned to throw her first birthday party in a dreamy back yard party.  But their guest had no idea they were really tying the knot!  Doesn’t get much cuter then that.
